I own several Lee Oskar Harmonicas.I don't have a problem with them leaking air at all.I can't help but wonder if J. Cohen happened to just get a damaged one.Leaking air is very strange for a plastic combed Harmonica. And I feel they sound great for their price, $24-27.I too like to try different brands and models of Harmonicas.I've had mixed luck with models of Hohner. The wood comb "Marine Band" has a nice warm tone and bends notes easily but I must be too rough on them and they go quickly out of tune.Suzuki all metal "Pro Master" harmonicas are extremely well made and sound clear, precise, but cool, and cost double a Lee Oskar. My favorite harmonicas are Seydel, they sound beautiful.Even though they have been around since 1847 they are not as well known to Americans because Seydel happened to be on the wrong side of the border in what was during the cold war, East Germany.Seydel "Blues Session" harps are hand made, and cost about $39-45.For a price, Seydel makes harps in many different weird tunings.I have a few very interesting ones aside from "major diatonic."But Suzuki and Seydel make even more expensive models.Hohner also makes really nice expensive harps that I could only dream of playing.I'd urge J. Cohen to give Lee Oskar another chance and also try a Seydel!Click Here to see more reviews about: Lee Oskar Harmonica, Major Key of B Flat
