I recently purchased David Harp's "Play the Harmonica Today a Revolutionary technique for blues, rock & folk..." Harmonica Book & kit (ISBN-10: 1594120994 ISBN-13: 978-1594120992). Unfortunately the "Swan" harmonica didn't have a case that accompanied it. Along with some other Amazon purchases, I ordered this case and it fits perfectly for my "Swan" diatonic C harp with just a little room to move around.
